When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address and service address, along with what you tell us about your lawn, such as your grass type. If you become a customer we also keep a service history and billing records.
We do not collect more than we need to quote and perform the work.
If you agree to receive text messages, we send them from (470) 681-7072. Message frequency varies and may include appointment reminders, invoices, notice that service was performed, and lawn updates. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us on (470) 681-7072.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your consent to receive text messages with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers who help us send the messages, and only for that purpose.
We share information only with the providers we need to run the business: our scheduling and billing system, our messaging provider, and our payment processor. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Card details are held by our billing provider, not on this website. We do not store full card numbers.
We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax and legal reasons. If you asked for an estimate and did not become a customer, tell us and we will delete your details.
